Loadbalancer has committed to never End-of-Lifeing its products, no matter how old they are. Putting you in control.
That means no matter the version you’re running we’ll support you and with an active support contract, you’re entitled to free lifetime product updates and patches. No need to by a new software license.
NetScaler typically offers 5 years of support on their products before the End of Life becomes active. You’re then required to upgrade either the hardware, software, or both. That can be an expensive shock if you’ve only got the notice 90 days before!
